I am Italian, and a lot of my Friends growing up with were Italian we never flaked on each other or others, and if someone new to the group flaked, the ongoing torture and constant prodding made them think twice about ever flaking again... I spent 10 years in North Texas, and now that I am back here I see a change in the So/Cal area, More flakes than before and more flakes here I think than in Dallas.
