		<description>I don't get that either!  Why even bother 'getting in touch' if you don't want to get in touch? People are too weird.  I wonder if anyone you can't stand has tried to friend you? 		<description>it's a weird one but it's happened to me as well.  not sure if the person is just collecting friends or what but i know that any person that i wanted to "friend" i'd want to know what they are up to.  Perhaps they figure they will catch up on what you've been doing for the past 20 years through your profile.  Ah, but i don't add much personal stuff to my profile so i will remain a mystery to these friends/non-friends.

		<description>Yes, I have also experienced this phenomenon.  It reminds me I need to write back to an elementary classmate who "friended" me the other day.  Strange when they accept but don't message and vice versa.  Why bother?</description>
